This fundraiser will be a small help with some of the costs. Some immediate needs are to obtain a storage container to put equipment and supplies in and basic funding to get the ground surveys & permits underway. We continue to fundraise and accept donations for building our own LC Rodeo Grounds. Contact us if you have items that you wish to donate (like a Storage Container) or go to our LC Rodeo grounds page and click on the “I want to help” button to sign up as a volunteer on upcoming projects or activities that need your help. Financial donations are always welcomed too, click here to help us support the building of our Lake County Rodeo Grounds.

The Lake County Rodeo Association has been an entity in the County for a long time…and hosted their 95th Lake County Rodeo this year. They are continuing to be a force in building a strong Rodeo community in Lake County and are looking to build out a dedicated property as the Lake County Rodeo Grounds.

The Lake County Rodeo Association makes a $1200 donation

Lou Riccardi (LCRA President) and Aaron Hiatt (LCRA Vice-President) presented the Scott’s Valley 4-H group with a check for $1200 for their amazing help with greeting attendees and assisting with parking vehicles on both Friday and Saturday Rodeo Nights. The Lake County Rodeo Association appreciates everyone’s help and support throughout the event. Thank you.

Thanks to all those behind the scenes!

A Huge “THANK YOU” to the California Conservation Corp. for their help at the 95th Annual Rodeo. These young men and women assisted us with the clean up of the fairgrounds before, during, and after the Rodeo was complete. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication to making this year a clean, safe, and fun event for all those who attended.

Ticket Booth Volunteers

Dedicated volunteers helped at the ticket booth to make sure everything went smoothly. Much appreciation for these volunteers that help us out with important tasks during our Lake County Rodeo.

In Support of Emerald Mueller

A tragic accident happened in early February in the family of Emerald Mueller that resulted in the loss of three equine family members has brought a lot of support from the equine community & rodeo world. The Lake County Rodeo Association shares the familys’ loss and wanted to help in their recovery. The LCRA has made a donation to the family to help with Emeralds’ high school Rodeo passion. While any support contributed to the family will help, it will not replace the three horses that have died. We can only support Emerald & her family to recover and move forward with her love and passion of horses. There are several ways to support this family and Emerald. We, the Lake Country Rodeo Association, have been given permission by Shasta Jameson-Green (Emerald’s mother) to post a link for direct Venmo donations for Emerald Mueller.
